Two laptops, clock issues might be Windows 10-related

I have re-set the clock many times and after an hour it stops showing an updated time and I'm not sure why. On the second laptop, the start button no longer responds to my clicks.

Q: I have concerns on two distinctive laptops that I come to feel are equally Home windows 10-linked. On the 1st laptop, most of the live tiles in the taskbar have stopped working, such as the clock.

I have reset the clock numerous instances, and immediately after an hour it stops displaying an up to date time and I am not sure why. On the next laptop, the get started button no for a longer time responds to my clicks. I have searched Google for solutions but very little I have discovered would seem to operate. Any tips?
